Over 20 years brand management experience. From working for Unilever, Beecham and Dulux to consulting for clients such as Benetton, B&Q and The Royal Parks.

Since marketing paint colours for Dulux, B&Q and Benetton, Lynne has deepened and developed her talent for using colour in branding.

When recommending brand colours, she considers factors such as market sector usage, colour symbolism, psychology and cultural associations as well as brand values and personality.

Lynne loves bringing the magic of branding to a wide range of ethical small businesses, from coaches and consultants to makers of food and beauty products.

Her talent lies in getting to the heart of your business and identifying your competitive advantage. In doing this she combines the power of your emotional appeal with the force of functional benefits. And aims to bring life to your brand values, brand personality and tone of voice.

Outside the office:

Lynne is a volunteer Business Adviser for the Young Enterprise Company Programme, which gives Year 12 students the opportunity to run their own business for a year.

She is also Secretary of the Chiltern Area Young Enterprise Local Volunteer Board.

Karen Black is a creative website designer, online marketing consultant and the owner of HubFizz. She’s worked in marketing and design for over 20 years firstly contracting to large companies in London, followed by 7 years in the travel industry, before co-founding a creative agency in 2010 and finally setting up HubFizz in 2014.

Karen has provided website, design & marketing services to more than 90 businesses over the last 9 years and her expertise ranges from creating responsive WordPress websites and delivering social media training to content design and email marketing.

Her unique blend of technical knowledge and creative skill combined with patience and marketing expertise, means you get a great looking website as well as the tools and strategies to drive more traffic to your site and convert visitors into leads or customers.

Karen loves creating stylish functional websites combined with strategic marketing solutions for ethical small businesses that have a positive social and environmental impact; in particular wellness, coaching, specialist food and drink and eco-friendly businesses.

Outside the office:    

Karen is a volunteer radio co-host at Future Radio and recently produced and co-hosted the weekly #NorwichHour Show on Future Radio which ran from June 2015 – July 2018. Karen founded the show to help promote local independent businesses in Norwich and Norfolk. The show was an interactive hour of live music, chat, interviews, local business and news running in tandem with the #NorwichHour chat on Twitter on Mondays 8-9pm.

Karen is also a founding partner of EAT Food and Drink Network which is a collaborative networking group for those in the food and drink industry in Norfolk and Suffolk.

In her free time you’ll find Karen networking, doing her Permaculture Diploma, catching up with friends and family, visiting cafes & pubs (she is a bit of craft beer/ale fan!), going to food & drink and music festivals, or supporting local community and environmental initiatives.
